“Very nice looking and modern apartment with few issues that can be easily fixed”
The best

The apartment is modern and very nice looking. Compared to other properties we were looking at, this apartment was the best option regarding design, convenience, and feel. The location itself was very good for us as most things we wanted to visit - aquarium, zoo, beach etc.. - are relatively close, and in walking distance. The building is also nice and secure.

To be improved

The owners could expand the range of kitchenware and utilities, and also add a washing machine, which was very important to us as we were traveling with a baby. You do have an option of self clean shops near buy, but I believe that is not something you would want to do when you quite a premium price more for an apartment. Also, a bigger table in the living room would be appreciated because the one that is there is very small and modern - but not practical. Some cleaning utensils like a better mop and a vacuum cleaner could also help, because if you are staying for longer, you would want to use them and keep the apartment clean.

It's a little far away from tourist sites, but you can take a car/bus/bike!
