“Disappointing.”

The property is advertised as “luxury” however it is far from that. The only toiletry provided was toilet paper and body wash. No shampoo or even hand soap. The chrome cast on the tv didn’t work so being English speaking we had no television the entirety of our trip. There was also a loud party on the floor above till 2 in the morning one night. For the price we paid I expected luxury but it was mediocre at best.

Very dirty small pool, gym terrible, room cleaned ok but not too much, cockroaches, very unfriendly staff in building, very noisy street- trafic . Stinks

“It was very central location and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. · Cons: The aircon only went down to 18, no instructions for TV, wasn't connected to the Internet. No instructions for the oven. The pool needed cleaning, it had a green rim around it and was dirty.”

“Fabulous apartment and pool.”

The apartment was s fabulous. Big and stylish, smart appliances work a treat. the pool area is relaxing and was quite when i was there. The communication with the reception team via whatapp work superb. no complaints whatsoever

To be improved

You should know the area is not very nice. i only stayed for a night and to chill, so it was fine for me. but if you like to go sightseeing and want nice cafes… i don’t think the location is good for that

“Def not luxury as the name implies”

Location was great - central to transport, easy to walk to beautiful spots around Valencia

Lock wouldn’t work, employees said would bring physical card but never did until I complained again. AC wouldn’t turn off, became freezing cold in room overnight, sent video to staff but to no avail. Cleaning was poor - dust accumulated on all vents - meaning you’re breathing it every time AC turns on. Messaged front desk about Netflix never connected (tried resetting and making sure connected to WiFi) with no response ever.
