It has new furniture, well equipped kitchen, big TV, nice terrace in the back.

To be improved

Mold on the bathroom wall, semi broken front door lock, some cockroaches visiting - coming from the street (the app. is on ground floor) and from underneath the kitchen furniture

The best

Location, location, location - very good connection with seaside and city center. A lot of small and very pleasant places around: cafes/ convinience stores and bus/metro stops. Enterance behind external gate provided additional safety. AC was not needed at all because whole place stayed in perfect temperature. All facilities working: hairdryer/ iron/ coffee machine/ washing mashine/stove. Easy to use smart lock makes regular keys obsolete.

To be improved

High humidity and dampness due to lack of sun, clothes took at least 2-3 days to dry but if you are staying for a week or two then this is minor issue.

“Great apartment in a beautiful city”

The best

Nice apartment well equipped. A lot of kitchen appliances and washing machine, which come very handy. Neighborhood was very nice with a lot of space for walks. There are many supermarkets with nice Spanish food.

Terrible experience – not suitable for families The accommodation was located in a basement with no windows, extremely cold and damp, and there was a strong unpleasant smell inside. We were traveling with a baby, and staying in such conditions was absolutely impossible. The area around the property also felt unsafe. We immediately asked to cancel our booking without penalty, explaining that we couldn’t stay there with a small child and hadn’t even stayed a single night out of the three we had booked. However, the host refused to cancel any part of the reservation or offer any refund, and was completely uncooperative. Booking.com customer service was also unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issue. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families.
