This place is amazing, Central - Huge - And A Great Owner. I was staying in Valencia for a few days after a work trip and the Host Juan send me so much information on the city, he met me with the keys and then spent 45 minutes showing me a map of the and all the attractions nearby and all the local lore you'd never know staying in a hotel. The apartment is huge, I honestly said "Wow" going through the door. And to say the apartment is centrally located is a massive understatement. it's 10 minutes from nearly everything you could need.

Fabulous place to stay, incredible views of a Unesco property right outside. Everything you need on your doorstep and within walking distance to most of the main tourist sites

The apartment is truly special. The view and the location are incredible, the host is very welcoming and friendly. Would stay there again, you can really feel the history and soul of this place, while looking at a unesco world heritage site.

Juan was a super host. He waited for us until late evening, explained everything, gave us tips where to eat and where to go. The appartement is big with all needed facilities right in the city center. Would book again.
