“Dated and rooms not as described by booking.com”

Loved the pool area, but this was probably it. Was a bit of a walk to the beach, staff were lovely but with a mistake made by booking.com our room was too small we was offered another room slightly bigger but still no balcony which again booking.com stated there was.

To be improved

Hotel itself was dated on entrance old appartments in the other block are super dated and quite scary. Food is questionable. If you’re German then this is the hotel for you. Felt watched and felt like we didn’t fit in. We left the hotel a day early to go to another one. Room was not as per description was tiny and the washroom/bathroom is in the bedroom only separated via a curtain! A lot of the rooms are only a Juliet balcony. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel or the area. Lots of shops but all of the same things. Very touristy!

“Lively relaxing stay.”

The best

Lovely green setting, the all inclusive drinks were amazing, great cocktail menu. Buffet was good and the room was clean and modern. Just a short walk to the shops and beach. Would definitely recommend. Really good value for money.

To be improved

Didn’t matter to us as a couple but noticed there maybe wouldn’t have been much for older children. The playground/pool splash area was great for little ones

“I liked the hotel area, the pools, the children's zone, the seaside itself – a beautiful place for a vacation · Cons: Terrible staff, the service was at the lowest level. During the entire stay and throughout the hotel, I only met two good waiters – one at the outdoor snack bar and the other in the main restaurant kitchen. The rest of the experience was awful, starting from the day of arrival to departure. Even though I speak both Spanish and English well, I was very disappointed. Room cleaning was also poor. We had to ask for fresh bed linens almost every time, and the room wasn’t ready upon arrival. I had a 7-day all-inclusive stay and came with a child, but I was really disappointed. Although I love Spain and Mallorca and have vacationed there more than once, this experience was sad. I want to thank one of the staff members who tried to fix all the issues and help us out. I wish the hotel would pay more attention to their staff’s behavior, communication, and overall service quality”

The stuff is rude and not solution orientated . A lot of misunderstandings . They have a lot of rules . For expample they don’t provide water for the guests , or on the last day I asked them to reserve a taxi , they again made mistakes . It feels like a cheap hotel not a hotel where they try to make you feel welcomed
