The best

The apartment was a spacious 2 bed and 1 bath unit in the old town of Zaragoza. Entry procedures were clearly stated and easy to follow, and communication was very effective and prompt.

To be improved

Lighting was very good in most of the apartment, but very dull in the kitchen/living area. The kitchen was definitely a one-person area. Heating was not great, and we weren’t able to warm the apartment up anywhere near enough. Maybe the provision of crockery could be updated. Toilet was fine for us, but a bigger person would struggle in the space. We were denied a late check out even though the information I printed out from Booking.com clearly said checkout was between 8am and 12 noon.

“Comfortable apartment in excellent location.”
The best

It was in a good location in the city, equal distance from the old quarter and cathedral. Good size bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. Arrangements with keys with key lock was straight forward and communication with owner good.

To be improved

Bathroom was narrow.

Location was good the apartment was clean and spacious. The facilities provided were good.

To be improved

We did not see the host. Access was via a locked box. There appears to be security cameras in the living room and the hall way.
