During the reservation, nothing was written about a deposit, before moving in on December 27, I received an SMS about paying a deposit of EUR 290, I paid it because I had no choice, it was to be returned after moving out on December 29, I have e-mails via booking about the refund within the deadline of December 14 days, unfortunately I was deceived because to this day I have not received any message or refund of the advance payment. Now they don't answer the phone or reply to emails
