Didn’t like the fact that it was hard to get hold of any staff , I couldn’t get the tv to work for the 5 weeks I was there , the girl that let me in was supposed to sort it out and never did

Absolutely incompetent manager in the person of Adrian, who was not friendly and rude, during check in also had problems, namely during arrival I informed Adrian that my family flew to Malaga, then I wrote that we left in a taxi to the location ,and stating that we would be there in 15-20 minutes, but when we arrived Adrian was not there, as we are travelling as a family, my child was very tired and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the manager to arrive and open the door for us.The next problem was the deposit that I paid of 500 euros, according to Adrian, after checking out and checking the house for integrity, the money should have been returned the same evening, but it was not, I spent 2 weeks writing and phoning the agency including Adrian and each time I heard that there was a problem with my bank or that I had to wait 30 days for a refund, eventually my wife wrote a negative review and we were simply ignored and ignored, including Adrian who simply blocked me.In the end I went directly to the support service, and the next day I received 450 euros instead of 500. I have no desire to contact this agency and managers Adrian in particular, I do not recommend it.
