VB Albatros - 2BR Apartment Close to the sea

The host, he called himself David, which is probably not his real name, is a scam artist . We had to pay 40 euro cash only he said because our plane was late and I had informed the host beforehand that we will be late coming into malaga airport . He said we close at 9 pm . When we got to the apartments, he let us in and said the flights are always late from ireland and the uk . I thought this was a way to make extra money for himself - I should have taken note of the first red flag on this apartment. We had to give €500 as a deposit, and He said it would take 2-3 weeks before I would get it back into my account . I really feel so angry that I didn't go with my gut feeling that something wasn't right.. Before leaving, he sent on a link for me to fill in to review the place . Keeping in mind, I wanted my full deposit back and felt more blackmailed than anything.. Finally .. an hour after landing back home .. The host david txed to say I will not be receiving my full deposit, He is taking €150 deduction because the cleaners found the place filthy, and he took a picture of what looks like S**t ... I would believe this is not his first time doing this to people staying there. I have reported this man to Booking.com . He is full of tricks to scam people and avoid staying in this apartment. This company is a con artists. DO NOT STAY HERE !! I must now try and get my deposit back. This company should not be on booking.com. My parents who are in their late 70ths and I had a family holiday. Avoid , Avoid , Avoid !!!

The second bedroom needs a wardrobe but it was manageable.
