“It was all good- relaxing - noisy from corner of main road but still good. Close to everything- in an ideal position.”

Location Secure Rooms are all very nice & have everything you need.

Shower - rain shower didn’t work - so had to keep using hand shower but it had to be held as it could not be supported by the holder- & gaps in shower doors Shower needs a complete revamp - cold tap is hot water & hot tap is cold water. Should be changed

“Good apartment but pool area poor”

Swimming pool shut for 5 days out of the 9 which is not good enough & we would not have booked this apartment if we knew this was going to happen & is simply not good enough service . Apartment would benefit from having a couple of chairs that could be used by the pool ,plenty of storage room on balcony for them . I asked the hosts if there was anywhere where we could leave our suit cases on day of check out but got no response 🤷‍♂️

“Good location, terrible a/c”

Excellent location beach, restaurants, and public transportation.

To be improved

The a/c was on a two-hour timer and we had to get up several times in the middle of the night to start it up again. As a result, we never had a good night sleep. I complained but there was nothing the manager could do (that is what we were told).
