“Good apartment let down by poor check in and by pool being closed without this being disclosed”

Apartment is clean and modern and a quiet location. Good wifi

To be improved

Agreed we would check in at 4pm at the apartment when booking - rental company then moved it until 4.30pm. On the day of the arrival the check in moved back to 4pm but to a cafe - once we got the keys we then had to get a taxi back up to the apartment . Not great service - once we got to the apartment it was apparent the pool was closed for repairs. When we left on 3rd June pool still wasn’t open- when we queried this were told pool was seasonal though other seasonal pools were open. Felt we should have been told pool was closed for repairs when booking as we would then have chosen somewhere that was closer to the beach

“Second time here and still as great as we remembered!”
The best

Thank you for having us again. This was our second stay in this apartment and it was still what we remembered. Great stay near the center of Benalmadena. My family and I really liked what the apartment had to offer. I was working a lot, and the internet was very fast (this was a big plus). The pool is understandable closed for the winter. Last time we rented this place it was summer time. We will be back again! The hosts are quick to respond and have a lot of great local activities to recommend for both the kids and is adults. Thank you!
