All of our issues were related to our young kids so if your a group of adults or even teens you’ll be grandddd -aged one and three. For young kids the blinds in the bedrooms are fairly useless at blocking light. Had a travel blind but still annoyingly this only half worked as very wide windows - the kitchen is upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. This makes the view incredible from the kitchen/ balcony but unfortunately the stairs and banister area are a bit of a death trap for young kids. Big big gaps for them to crawl or wrong footedly fall though. We moved the couch to block off the stairs area when upstairs as you can’t keep your eyes in kids all the time. It was an annoying - beautiful bannister/ stairs but totally impractical for kids. Both hall doors are difficult to unlock, we found ourselves basically locked in the first night with no ability to unlock the door / in a bit of a panic I messaged the letting company - who did message me back immediately to try and help and then I figured out if you put your shoulder against the door it’ll finally unlock. My wife never figured out really how to open the door for the whole stay 😂 The pool area has hours for short stay folks and long term folks - it makes you feel very uncomfortable as a short term person. Plus once again with kids, sometimes the only chance you might get for a swim alone as a parent while the other minds them is after 7 when they go to bed - which was technically a forbidden time for short term folks to use it. The pool area has no loungers - this was on the advert but it is a pain - you basically go for a swim for 15-20mins and then leave as there’s no shade. I didn’t think it’d be much of an issue but half the fun of a holiday is hanging around in the shade / loungers and then having a swim. It makes the space half as good as it could be. There is an elevator across the street as part of a different complex of little houses.

It wasn’t beachfront as advertised and was quite a walk if you was bad on your feet

Smelly odour in the bathrooms due to the plumbing - not unusual in Spain and not the fault of the owners. The €60 late arrival charge was an unnecessary and excessive charge(a lockbox for the keys is only £1O and most apartments we have rented, have them) but we appreciate that in the absence of one, Tania diligently waited for us after our flight had been delayed by fog.

A pool is advertised with this apartment, it is on the rooftop but it is not an area you are encouraged to stay. No Sun loungers available. If it is a pool holiday you are looking for I would not recommend this apartment unless Sun loungers are provided.
