VB Palm Avenue 1BDR Apt

The flat was spot on, very clean and modern...and a great location, close to restaurants, barsI and a supermarket...i was out cycling and it was a perfect base for me..

location was perfect for us - not right on the beach (we actually enjoyed the walk uphill from the beach), not too much foot traffic, quiet, very close to the bus which went to the train station, very nice view of the hills from the balcony, close to supermarket, coffee place, churreria, club room 1 where we ate occasionally. spacious, big balcony (almost like a terrace), modern, with all needed facilities.

We were self catering. Apartment was fantastic, virtually brand new. Only down side was the constant traffic outside the apartment block, fumes coming to the apartment, also residents who live in the block have a number of dogs which are constantly barking all day and into the late evening. Also we were charged 40 euros for arriving at 23:00 hrs. Would not recommend for a long stay, we were there for 3 weeks, never again.
