The best

Fantastic location only 100m from the Roman Bridge on the opposite side of the river from the city centre which made it very easy to get to/from the sights. Travelling by car was very easy as it is on the opposite side of the old town and only a short distance from the dual carriageway. Apartment generally well equipped, comfortable bed. We were only a couple but as it had 2 bedrooms it would be ideal for a family of 3 or 4. Great value. Tip - I used the parking but it is not for anyone who is not a confident driver. You have to reverse in around a corner to the garage lift and it is very tight. You should be able to find somewhere nearby to park for free. Apartment is not for anyone with mobility issues as it is on 2 levels with a 19 step spiral staircase.

To be improved

No kettle. It had a Tassimo coffee machine but you were unable to get hot water from it. So if you wanted boiling water for tea or instant coffee you had to use the microwave or boil water in the saucepan. Bathroom could probably do with a grab rail as the shower is in the bath so you have to step out of a bath when showering and the hot/cold on the shower was the wrong way round - showed left for hot when it was right for hot.

The apartment is located in a clean residential building within walking distance from the river and the historic centre. The apartment is spacious, on two floors with a terrace. It is the ideal accommodation from short and longer rents.
