I have moaned before about the hit-&-miss cleaning. Since writing previous reviews I am afraid that the cleaning is simply NOT up to the standard I would expect nor that I am personally comfortable with. I have mentioned before the stains on the bedding and towels - this is still an issue. However more than that, try wearing white socks for a coupe of hours and you will see how filthy the floors are in the apartment. The shower enclosure is also grimey and whilst you can see that a cleaner has 'wiped surface over with a cloth', I would suggest that the cloth is not clean enough. The apartments have little or no privacy (except no. IV). On this occasion, having stayed before, I brought with me a cheap IKEA blind to put up to offer me more privacy. I was/am VERY concerned to see that all THREE smoke detectors on the ceiling in the apartment have been completely removed. This is not acceptable. My safety is important to me and is, other than the lack of cleanliness, the main reason I have cancelled my Nov reservation to stay again. It is disappointing to say the least.

It's not all that private, so when you have a rowdy family in the next apartment the situation isn't ideal. The main complaint however it concerning the lack of cleanliness. The towels were disgraceful - such that we took a taxi and bought our own towels. Two weeks with one quick 'clean' half way through is not the standards or attention to cleanliness we would expect and in all likelihood will mean we won't visit a third time. There is also a most unsatisfactory 'check in'... the chap was disinterested in showing us around or explaining everything as he knew we had stayed before and apparently 'its all the same as before'. Except it wasn't. The glass door in the bedroom had been cracked (by a previous guest). The threat that they will not refund your 400 Euros taken for accidents is stressful. We didn't notice the glass door was broken until the first morning when we raised the blind and saw that the large crack had bene caused by the sunbed having been pushed back against the glass. It took days before the managing agent replied to texts/emails (and I mentioned dit to the cleaner). Really poor show.
