The best

The sea view. The balcony, lots of sun. Located on a quiet street in a residential block. Good location, about a 600m walk to Arenal beach and all the shops etc there. The mornings and nights were cold which meant we needed heating - worked well.

To be improved

I dislike how impersonal and perfunctory these rentals are compared to a hotel or a guest house - no proper contact with real humans. Even when chatting via Booking, you get well-worn, rote phrases, signed without a name. This is the age of the BOT, the age of AI indifference, I suppose! It all works well but completely lacks the human touch . I'll have totally forgotten this place in a few weeks!
