The best

We have stayed in the building before with a different company, this apartment was nicer and cleaner than before - Very well equipped for self catering and a huge balcony of which we made a lot of use

To be improved

Didn't appreciate the unexpected cleaning fee of €30 or the fact that we had to provide our own bed linen and towels. I was only told this in an email the day before we travelled. It is however, hidden in the room amenities between balcony and kitchenette so not obvious at all! - You could rent on arrival for €10 per person - I have never experienced this is any previous apartment that we have booked. - Also as. wheelchair user, our block was only accessible from the gates in the pool area which were shut and locked at 10pm making our evenings shorter than we'd hoped for. - There was no ramp at the front of the building.

Charges for sheets Charges for towels Charges for cleaning Charges for A/C Also charged €50 for checking in after 8pm In total I handed out an extra €420 upon arrival which didn't include the sheets or towels or the A/C. I could have stayed in a hotel for a lot cheaper without all the extra Charges.
