“Wonderful location”

The best

We loved the location overlooking the River and the apartment was well appointed throughout as well as lovely artwork. We felt the property was in need of some maintenance and a thorough clean. There was also a foul odour which appeared in our apartment as well as the building on a daily basis - most likely coming from the drains. The location by the river was great, with several pavement cafes, bars and restaurants and very lively in and around Triana District.

“Excellent location in day and great communication. But some concerns that affected my stay.”

Very easy communication with host. Flexible about arrival time. The flat is in a superb location overlooking the river and easy access to the City. The furnishings are of a very high standard

As said in other reviews there is a bar directly below the apartment and so Friday and Saturday impossible to sleep in front bedroom between 11pm -3 am. As also said by others some of the household items are broken -for me -the kettle- the bedside lights in second bedroom and there was no usable broom or vacuum to sweep up with

location was great especially for going to the feria!

The bathtubs were a bit high so if you are older you havd to be super careful! Also the bathtub did not have anything to prevent slipping.
