Hob not working- could not cook pasta on the hob Pillow cases were too small for the pillows- this is a hygiene concern. It would have been nice to have the necessary items for cleaning in the kitchen.

Location is great, so close to restaurants, shops and tourist sites. Great rooftop, but the spiral staircase was very worrying. The cold spa was great after a hot afternoon walking about.

To be improved

There is no shampoo, conditioner, soap and limited supplies of toilet paper. That's ok if you arrive in the afternoon you can go to the supermarket close by, but not at 9pm at night after a long flight.
