Was in a perfect central area. Minutes from the square. Very clean and comfy beds.

The location is perfect. 2 minutes from the cathedral. It is a pedestrian area but there is a taxi rank at the cathedral which makes it easy. The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and are very quiet. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is excellent. The dining table is perfect for a group to eat and chat. On the street below there are MANY bars and restaurants. Perfect location for a holiday. There is a washing machine with a dryer and lots of hot water.

To be improved

The only things that weren't great are small, but someone needs to resolve them. The kitchen tap leaks badly and probably has done for some time. The shower head in one of the bathrooms had broken and been left. We bought a new one. The apartment had been set up fully equipped for 6 people but breakages haven't been replaced so there are only 2 coffee mugs as well as lots of small cups.

“Not a good stay because of staff and the landlord”

The staff,the unit is on the third floor with almost 65 steps, we had older person with us and the reason we got this place because was wheelchair accessible, but from the four days that we stayed three days, the elevator was not working, it only worked this first day for 10 hours, when I called to complain they said the elevator is not the unit responsibility and is a building issue, which i said in that case, you can’t advertise as wheelchair assessable if you dont have staff and technicians either on site or close by, so old people doesn’t stock up there for three days. But the disappointing part was, they knew we had seven suitcases with us, They didn’t offer any help to send someone to help us. So i had to take the steps 7 times to bring all the luggage’s to first floor.
