We stayed one night in this apartment in Benidorm and unfortunately, our experience was not as we had hoped. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the apartment was not properly cleaned. The overall cleanliness was below acceptable standards – the floors were dusty, and the bathroom did not feel fresh or hygienic. What concerned us the most was the condition of the towels and bed linens. The towels were clearly not washed, and the bed sheets appeared to have been used previously, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Clean bedding and towels are a basic expectation for any guest, and sadly, this was not met. While the location of the apartment was convenient and communication with the host was polite, the lack of cleanliness made it difficult for us to feel at ease during our short stay. We believe that with more attention to cleaning and proper preparation for guests, the overall experience could be significantly improved. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we believe all guests deserve a clean and welcoming space, regardless of the length of their stay.
