Key collection and the staff in there I found quite rude and couldn't care less attitude unprofessional. Step up. The smell of tobacco was very strong. Considering we paid over £200 per night

I always book Veracruz I try my best to get 8A, it’s what I like I have stayed in other apartments in the building too the apartments are so clean and modern the location is perfect no hills beside everything literally feet away from the sand on the beach literally feet away from a huge supermarket Veracruz supermacado

Washer door broke but due to being Christmas it wasn't fixed during our 10 day stay but that was just an unfortunate incident
