Air conditioning very poor first night. In fairness response was very good and this was repaired early next morning, but it cost us half of our first day due to sleep recovery

The apartment has everything you need for self catering away from home. Lovely clean apartment with great views to the sea. Peaceful location but only 10 minutes to the Balcon. We have booked again for next year!

Verdemar is an apartment block very conveniently located close to Nerja centre and adjacent to the beach. We’ve stayed here 3 times.

To be improved

A minor irritation but worth a mention. 39 Can be a little noisy with road noise and the refuse truck emptying the bins. Nothing to worry about but need to be aware. Sun on the balcony after lunch but not in the morning in Feb/ March.

No 39 has everything you need for a couple. Afternoon sun ( in Feb) on the balcony.

To be improved

The fridge needs replacement .. 2 of the 3 door shelf retainers are missing so everything falls out when you open the door. Also salad drawer missing ! I’ve rented from Menybar before and highlighted that key pickup & drop off arrangements need to be changed. Trekking across Nerja is pretty inconvenient.
