It was very noisy until 4am, so it wasn't the best place to stay with family. I didn't realize we were staying right in the party zone so that was partly my fault for not doing enough research. If you are going to the canary islands and plan to party until 4 in the morning, this is the place for you.

The missing of A/C was the biggest problem, it was extremely warm inside and only one fan on the top floor - made it hard for the rest to get a good sleep. Very loud noise during the night from the nightlife so it was hard to have an open window. Found tiny bugs everywhere and a cockroach on the floor the last night. Also moldy smell in the bathroom at the middle floor. We felt a bit unsafe since there were shady people in the neighbourhood, would not recommend for families.

Nothing

Nothing really tbh! maybe a few minor repairs needing done on the main shower - the shower head had to be held as it wouldn't stay in it's holder, but nothing that couldn't be worked around!
