The door key is hard to open, the code needs to be used instead . We were locked out on arrival , because we had no door code . We received help fast . The pillows for beds are really uncomfortable. Needs softer flatter ones . My son has fish allergies, and anaphylaxis. We went self catering because of this . A lady in the apartment was feeding stray cats fish , right outside the block. My son came out and saw this and had a panic attack. She was then touching the doors . I asked for help on this situation ,I put a note up in Spanish and English , the note was taken down after 1 day . To our despair when we came out of the apartment the lady was feeding 4 stray cats with food bowls right outside again . I do feel this was very selfish, we had to stay the whole day before we left because my son had severe anxiety. I understand you can't control what everyone does , but it was a matter of life and death . So don't stay if you have allergies. Also I think the lady could have fed the cats around the corner or over the road as other people were at the restaurant. This completely ruined our holiday . We won't be able to stay again because of this .
