Very well located, overall safe area, free parking helps a lot, I rented an electric car and a cheap 50KW charger was close-by and the large free parking out front helps a lot.

To be improved

Generally safe, but self proclaimed “parking agents” (thugs that want you to give them money for pointing at an empty parking spot) are a nuisance. Ignore them or call the police.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is providing more towels for showering. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The best

I'm extremely disappointed with the apartment's maintenance. The kitchen hood was giving electric shocks, which is a serious safety hazard. I reported the issue to the owner, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response or resolution. Until the safety concerns are addressed, I wouldn't recommend this apartment to others.

- Great location - near to Turia park and Ciudad del Futur - Easy check-in, all instructions were clear - Tidy - Calm neighbourhood
