The receptionist was so nice (Almudella) She give us the room earlier then what we expected because we had to many baggage’s with us! We were 4 and the room was amazing! We were really happy! Thanks and I see you next time!

Este hotel es lo máximo. El servicio excelente. George del front desk es super amable y hace que uno se sienta en casa. Two short blocks from the renfe station san Cristobal industrial. Rooms are clean. They make pizzas hotdogs, salads and much more in house, and the staff is amazing. Got a room with fridge and stove everything perfect

Avoid this hotel. My experience with them was infuriating and completely unacceptable. The way they target people in other countries with advertising through websites like Booking.com feels blatantly misleading, especially regarding their “free cancellation before a certain date” claim. What they fail to clearly explain before taking your money is that the cancellation deadline follows their time zone, not the time zone of the customers they are advertising to. It feels like a trap designed to confuse travelers and leave them at a disadvantage. When I confronted them about this, they showed no accountability whatsoever. They refused to offer any refund, even after the booking site urged them to reconsider due to the unclear policy. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to acknowledge the problem, let alone resolve it. After dealing with this, I can say without hesitation that this property showed zero integrity, and I strongly warn anyone considering it to stay far away.

missing water take showe. Minus than 0,5m2 the shower area, impossible to take a simole shower. There is no maintenance crew for support, requering attendent to assess the a tecnhical issue

Good hotel, lovely staff and great location if you want a bit of a breather from the city, easy transport links. My only gripe with this is I stayed on the ground floor and could hear everything in the lobby. Sound proofing would bring it up a star because everything else was great. The breakfast was decent, I needed up going out for it the last two days as it just got a little boring. But overall a pleasant experience.

Location was great to attend the Mad Cool Festival. Train station was close, so easy to get into the center of Madrid.
