Shower head didn't stay in place. Water temp got cold and hot throughout shower. Wifi info was wrong--network as shown on the info slip didn't exist. Worn amenities--kitchen cabinet doors wouldn't shut properly. Refrigerator had ice build-up in the icebox and a puddle of water on a fridge shelf.

“A good place to stay, the restaurant has improved massively but no access to outside seating areas.”

We stay here all the time, it appears that upgrades have been made and we weren't able to access the swimming pool at the apartment or the hotel. They are usually very accommodating but not this time.
