Very lightful apartment. Incredible sea views. Big terrace, Swimming pool. AC. Very close to Alicante city center.

The apartment was clean, spacious with great views and at a really good price.It is in a quiet location and very close to bus and tram transport for the 3 minute ride to Alicante centre, or to go further up the coast towards San Juan beach or Benidorm etc. Communication with the host was great and very welcoming. He made us feel like we could contact him at any time if there was anything we needed and he did check that all was ok whilst we were there. The communal pool is clean and quiet and is the perfect place to relax. You have to take a pass card from the apartment down with you to use it. We didn't have to use the Aircon in the living room (but when tested, it was easy to work and worked perfectly). We used the fan in the bedroom on medium at night as we went to sleep. It is silent and gives a cooling breeze on warm Alicante nights. There is a really well equipped kitchen with everything you need to do your own catering if you wish. A nice clean bathroom and lovely shower. And also a large balcony with a great view over the sea and along the coast. All in all, I have nothing but positive feedback for the apartment it is better than it looks in the photos and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and stay there again. Thank you.

The apartment was spacious and light, balcony and seaview was very good. Washing machine was a bonus. Internet was easy to connect to. Having access to the swimming pool was also a bonus. Plenty of linen available to use. Communication with host jippii was good when we first arrived, he replaced the very rusty kettle with a new one, which was appreciated, however communications went downhill after a few days as did the facilities.

The apartment was spacious and had fantastic views of the sea and pool area. It was also well equipped with washer/dishwasher/microwave/ oven/fridge freezer etc. Everything you might need and more. The pool area was lovely and the cafe nearby for lunchtime drinks and snacks. It was also good to have a small supermarket nearby too. There was easy access to the trams to visit areas along the coast and nearby Alicante centre.

Absolutely fantastic host who supported us during the whole stay, from the very start when we came to the city and till the last day, when we needed assistance or had any questions about the stay.
