Very nice and modern flat, in Alicante Center

The boiler is connected to the neighbour's house therefore if someone next door has used the shower, then you won't have hot water in your flat. We were 3 friends travelling and we decided to take turns in having the shower (morning, evening and night). It's not pleasant as hot water should be always available.

Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was very disappointing. The floor was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. There was a very unpleasant smell throughout the place, which made our stay uncomfortable from the start. The sofa was broken and constantly squeaked every time we sat on it. The doors and the bathroom also made loud creaking noises all the time, which was quite annoying. The dishes were dirty and hadn’t been properly washed, which was unacceptable. To make matters worse, we even saw some cockroaches in the apartment. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is completely unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible. Full of mold and such a strong smell it was impossible to use the apartment. Our whole family for lung and sinus infections from the fungus. AVOID! Also elevator didn’t work, we got to know this an hour before entering the place, which was nasty from the landlord, and it was very difficult to access with a small child.
