Bathroom flooded everytime we showered. 3 ladies, 2 showers each day and NO shower screen. It looks like a wheelchair access shower, but in the rest of apartment a wheelchair would struggle especially with the big step up to the terrace. No pillows for the sofa bed. Poor mattress on sofabed. Patio door needs attention Mop was very old and needs replacing.

There was no terrace attached to the apartment despite being included in the description. We were allocated the first apartment which only had one French window that opened directly onto the street. We couldn’t open the window or the curtain (without passers by looking straight in), so the apartment was stuffy and airless with no natural light. Also lots of street noise. Hairdryer was broken. Check-in was a disaster - we were required to add a signature to our online registration - but unable to do this on our hand held devices, and therefore our payment had been taken but the door code was not released to us. Our requests for assistance via the booking app were ignored. We traipsed across town with suitcases for two kilometres to gain assistance from a friendly staff member and three hours after arrival finally gained access. Furnishings were grubby. Neighbourhood seedy.

Noisy squeaky bed Just need bit of WD40 to fix it

The airconditioner was not working properly for heating, but the weather was not that bad so we did not ask the host about it.

Hairdryer is bad. No hot air running and power is too low.
