The best

Good location for the beach and port areas of Valencia. Not far from tram and transport links. Good range of affordable restaurants nearby. Appt was clean, and modern with good facilities.

To be improved

Nothing bad to report. Costs seemed a little high, but it was a good location for us.

The best

The staff at Puerto Beach Suites went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Our flight was delayed by over an hour and we had a last minute emergency but their response time was incredibly fast and for that I will be forever appreciative. The flats were spotless upon arrival and the air conditioning was great. Both the main bed and the sofa bed were comfortable which was great for our group of 8. My only regret is that I wish we planned for a longer stay! These flats were perfect base for a weekend trip, offering just the right mix of convenience (shops literally being steps away), comfort and warm hospitality.

The best

The property was lovely, we were in room 3. Everything was clean and all the essential amenities were there, including an iron, and hairdryer. The apartment lives up to it's photos and we really were happy with the apartment. The location was good and is near the marina which is great for the beach.

The best

Location was good, about 7 minute walk to the beach and beach restaurants and same to the metro to get into the city/old town. We also walked back from the old town one day, about 2.5 miles. Spacious apartment with good kitchen facilities, great hot shower and comfortable bed. Staff were great in responding to questions and feedback.

To be improved

The only downside was noise. Not sure if it's the sound proofing but we heard a lot of noise from other apartments. The first night was particularly bad and we flagged this to customer service team who acted on it (and thankfully the people were leaving the next day) so it was much better afterwards but you can still hear quite a bit of sound just from normal everyday activity.
