“Wonderful location in the heart of the old City”

The best

Brilliant location - couldn't beat it! - in the heart of the old City, yet really quiet. Large apartment and great to have the roof terrace and pool. Lovely couple on reception, who turned out to be the owners, who were so helpful, wanting to make sure we were happy and giving us brilliant suggestions about what to do and see in Cádiz.

To be improved

Our room was missing a few basics such as a corkscrew and a tea towel, but these were swiftly supplied when requested. The room could have done with better lighting too, since it was in the middle of the building overlooking a light-well, so very dark. The pool/terrace area was in need of a bit of maintenance and generally felt a little tired, but was nevertheless a lovely area to sit and relax after a long, hot day, sightseeing!

“Absolutelly exceptional service. The landlord called me in advance to explain how to get there by car, where to park cheaper, what to see around etc. The room was very nice and spacious as well. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“Very central and beautiful historical building · Cons: Our flat was not well cleaned, there was hair on the floor when we arrived. The shower needs an in depth scrub. The sofa was all stained. The bed sheets and towels were very poor quality. The rooftop has potential but the bar was all dirty... reception empty, only WhatsApp immunizations in 24 hours...”

“Awful”

The best

Roof top pool and bar was a disgrace, filthy with no bar as described. Construction work half finished.

To be improved

The hotel is understaffed and unloved, it could be nice if it had a larger team with the right attitude. It like a 1 star hostal, it is not even anywhere close to being a nice environment for me to take my daughter. Room furniture is unloved also and has little style, beds are uncomfortable and with few sheets and pillows.
