The only room with AC was the dining room. In really hot weather the stay in the bedrooms would of been very uncomfortable. I have only one suggestion, if the pool was heated it would of been more beneficial all year round.

The best

The Villa is basically two villas on two floors, both have well fitted kitchens and a spacious lounge area. There were three large bedrooms on the top floor all on suites and A further two bedrooms on the ground floor. There is ample parking for two cars on site. The main lounge areas on both floors are air conditioned. It took 10 minutes to walk (down hill) into to main town of Moraira. The walk back isn’t so easy for the older members of our party.

To be improved

The main issue was no air conditioning in any of the bedrooms. However, the ground floor villa has been refurbished to a high standard and the one AC unit seemed to keep the whole floor cooler. We hired three fans for the bedrooms upstairs from Villa Holidays Costa Blanca for around €130.

Very inconvenient picking up keys, couldn’t pick up before 4pm, long queue in scorching sun when picking up keys and location of pick up for keys a distance from villa, car definitely required! Previous companies have key safe at property for keys. Arrived at villa at 4.40pm and cleaners still in villa. Cutlery, crockery not clean and dishwater didn’t work.
