“Do not rely on Mass Apartment company.”

Totally disappointed with this property. They delayed our Check-In time since the apartment was ‘not ready’ and then they informed me my booked apartment was occupied. In the meanwhile my booking reservation status changed to ‘Cancelled’. They offered me another apartment close by where its condition was terrible. Old, full of humidity, not as the one we have booked. We said we were not staying there and they didn’t even apologise with us.. they said they did their best offering us another apartment. Not serious and lack of respect. We ended up booking urgently a hotel and lost whole day with this issue. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to book with Mass Apartments.

Location was good. Communicable host.

The apartment has the bare minimum. Pretty uncomfortable in heat with only two small fans. The keys to both doors to the apartment are very difficult to use. There were no towels or bath mat in the bathroom.
