Via Sants Hotel Barcelona, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

We stayed here for 3 nights before our cruise. The staff was absolutely excellent and we were so happy with their service. The bell hops were more than helpful with tons of information and the desk receptionists were so hospitable and respectful. The service we received in the restaurant was excellent and there to please . Had a great salad and club sandwich the first day. We returned here after our cruise for one more night and the service was the same and they welcomed us back. The hotel is lovely , exceptionally maintained and clean . It has very nice updated bathrooms and the beds are very nice and very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. The train station is around the corner although we didn’t use it because we prefer taxis it might be helpful to others. The travel from the airport is 30- 40 minutes depending on traffic. About 30 minutes to cruise port. Your close to city center by taxi 10 minutes or train. We highly recommend this Hilton and would come back again if ever in Barcelona. Thank you to all the staff for their exceptional hospitality and kindness.

We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by a woman at the desk and Nelson who were the friendliest people, Nelson carried all of our bags to our room and gave us a thorough tour and explanation of everything. We had the breakfast as part of our package and it was excellent. There is champagne and fresh juices with breakfast, or really good coffee. The neighborhood is very cute and feels safe. Every time we were in the lobby, the entire staff greeted us so warmly. They offer two for one drinks in the lobby in the evenings and they were mixed fabulously. We had a large bathroom which felt like a gift. The hotel has air conditioning in the rooms and it worked well. I recommend this property, it is spacious and attractive with an inviting patio and pool area. I suggest everyone stay here to experience the hospitality that Nelson offered.

The staff was FABULOUS. Couldn't ask for better employees. Breakfast was fine. Room was a bit small, but sufficient. It was very close to the metro. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent hotel. The service is exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The location is good. Restaurants and metro within walking distance. Overall, great stay.

Nice hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed hearing local stories, special thanks to Jessica and the bartender (sorry I forgot her name) for sharing them with us.

Ok. The staff was friendly but it ended there. No room service, no mini bar, didn’t empty our trash bin, didn’t restock our water The hotel is about a $20 euro cab drive to anywhere you want to see in Barcelona The breakfast buffet is abysmal You can’t order anything else for breakfast Soft drinks are extra and must be paid for by the drink The restaurant closes down from 1-5-5:30 and has about 10 total selections when open The bar seats 4 and shares the counter with the desk clerk No bellman to help with the luggage The entire block across from the hotel looks abandoned and is covered with graffiti It’s pretty bleak
