Nothing, They cancelled our reservation as we didn't see the form to fill up before arrival Couldn't find the building as there was no Number, only the name of the street in the reservation and once on the street, we teied calling to speak with someone to help us but no one answered the only contact we had. No response to messages asking to find a solution as we just sqw the form. Would not recommend as not enough contact information or the willing to help customers that might have not seen this famous form (regular traveler and never came across with such procedure). So was cherged but had to book elsewhere at night with a minor.

To be improved

Unprofessional, no answer in shelldule hours in case there is an urgency. No interest in solving a problem or understanding if a customer isn't aware of their particular procedures Bad customer resolution.

The floor was dirty, the bed sheets had hairs on them, we booked for 3 adults and there were only 2 towels. And when I msd the property about the issues, I received no response. We left 2 days early since we were so uncomfortable. They asked for 100€ ahead as insurance. I want it back. And I’d ask for a full refund. Worst stay in my life

“this is a scam”

They asked for a deposit and when I asked when my deposit would be returned, they told me I had broken a smoking rule. Neither me nor my partner smoke so this is impossible. Please do not book with this company, they will try to scam you out of 100€

It was dirty, mold in the bathroom and uncofortable bed, the doors to the balcony did not lock and we felt unsafe, you can hear everything through the walls. Also the light in the bathroom could not be turned off, it was really annoying.
