Viana Urban Apartment , Cozy 2BR Near Old Town

Apartment was very secure and we felt very safe. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, with the Supermarket less than 5 mins walk away and the Metro station less than 10 mins walk away. Julen was an excellent host. Would highly recommend this property.

It was rather cool in apartment even without a conditioner. Also it has comfortable bed.

The appartment had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. You can prepare all your meals and save a lot of money. The rooms and bathroom was very clean. Our host was very kind and helpful, even though we never saw him (we chated). Finding our way inside the house was ok, even though we did not know the procedure and we were worried about it. There was a nice welcoming gift for us inside the house: wine, cookies and pastries. Nice touch! The appartment is situated slightly uphill, close to the city center and a walking distance to the Guggenheim museum. There is even a public elevator that helps a lot to get uphill if you are really tired. And a possibly helpful detail: We found parking in front of the house (parking meters) Not quite sure if we could leave the car there overnight we chose to use a private parking nearby, but this was quite expensive(~22E). Later our host explained to us that we could have used the parking we found in front of the house if we were willing to get up at 9 and pay the parking meter. Next time.
