Disappointing instructions from managing company which tells you to join WiFi network to open the door, but you can’t find this network from the street because the apartment is deep inside the building. The manager’s phone number doesn’t respond after 22:00, they send sms with another phone number to call. Having a small child on my hands I miss this detail and have to book another hotel. Of course, the apartment’s manager denied to give me any discount for all this situation. Parking place is for a really small car, there was no chance to park my Honda Odissey, so all the time in Bilbao I used to drive around the district to find a free place along a street to park. The view from any window of this apartment is awful. Soundproofing is absent at all, you will hear every step, creak or sneeze from neighboring apartments. TV doesn’t work, the manager even didn’t respond to my message about this problem.
