“Very nice new hotel for very reasonable cost.”

The best

The property is pretty new, thus everything in the room was just brand-new. The room (single) was small, however, provided all the comfort - nice bathroom, comfortable bed and reasonable kitchen including microwave oven and refridgerator (water kettle as well as stove were not provided). As it's mostly ment as student dormitory, any dishes or cutlery were not provided. My room had even a small terace, very nice! In the lobby there is a cantine (I have not tried). Very friendly staff. Good powerful lamps in the room. The location of the hotel is cca 15 min to the down-town by tram. If you like swimming, there is a small swimming pool.

To be improved

2-3 clothes hangers would be helpful. There was too much intelligent system for the air-condition - when leaving the room, it was automatically completely shut down in 10 min. As the room was oriented to the west, in the evening once coming back from the city, it was crazy hot there (although I left the outside shutter completely sealed). I haven't figured out how to leave the air-condition running during the day (at least partially).

It is described as a private apartment, with microwave, fridge etc, but there was NOTHING else in the unit other than a bed, towels, microwave and fridge. I was told it was a student residence, but this is nowhere mentioned. Normally, for a unit like that one expects basic amenities -- coffee maker, coffee, basic cutlery and pots. There was NOTHING. It may be fine, but PROPER DISCLOSURE should be there.”

“I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel – the room was cozy, the staff were polite, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The room was very well-furnished despite its small size, with efficient air conditioning and plenty of power outlets, which I really appreciated for working and charging devices. · Cons: I was disappointed with the room cleaning service. The room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay, and I was too busy to follow up or ask. I don’t know if I misunderstood what was included, but it felt below expectations. Finally, the invoice was very slow to arrive: it took 11 days after the end of my stay and only came following my enquiry, which was frustrating since I needed it for my expense refund.”

They are available around the clock to provide service. · Cons: Cleaning is only once a week, but in reality, more than a week often passes without the cleaning staff showing up. This forces me to go to the reception to report it. Even when the cleaner does come, the room is not cleaned properly and remains dirty.”
