If I was being picky then the doors of other rooms close loudly and wake you up.

The aircon leaked a lot and left large amounts of water on slippery tiles. The security guard on the Saturday night was on a power trip and was awful towards my friend who was attempting to visit me around 9pm. He told us we couldn’t have visitors which is a ridiculous rule I’ve never experienced at accomodation before, I literally travel for work and spend half my time in hotels. The security guard pretended not to understand our friend whose first language was also Spanish, he also then pretended not to understand English. His behaviour was without a doubt discriminatory and disgusting. Our friend was therefore unable to visit us. At no point during check in were we told about this no visitor rule. The security guard was hyperfocused on hating my friend and then subsequently us (the paying guests) and told us to turn down our music at midnight as it was “late”. Perhaps in other parts of the world but in Ibiza that’s a wildly inaccurate statement. The security guard was absent every other time we played music in the 3 days before that. There was a fair amount of mould growing on the bathroom door. There was one glass cup to drink from. We purchased our own wine glasses from a store nearby. It wasn’t very well equipped for an apartment.

It would be nice to have a hairdryer in the room too

We stayed in a downstairs room, the staff room was next to our room and was very loud early every morning, our only criticism was this but everything else was amazing thank you so much!
