Apartment has the best location of Gran Vía, good space just for a couple , and the staff respond quickly my demands.

The space and accommodation. Availability for cooking and clothes washing

To be improved

A Smart TV would be great for clients login into theirs streaming platforms. Also paper towel can be useful in the kitchen. Perhaps an alternate way to open the building access door, not every member of the family has the link to open the door but the person who made the registration process.

Excellent location and everything you needed for a short city break.

Main entrance door to the apartment block was app based. Although it worked fine, I can see some having problems. Fifi key was incorrect on the app based instructions. The correct key was on an information card near the router. Pillows were too thin, could have done with two more.
