ViCe apartment Seville centre Alameda Hercules square

The flat was very humid (even though there were many dehumidificators). There is mould on the walls (bathroom and both rooms) and its smell could be perceived constantly. The flat is advertised for up to 4 people, but there are just 3 chairs at the "kitchen table" and only 3 hooks to hang bathroom towels. A glass wall separates the building entrance corridor, everytime someone entered the house the light from the entrance corridor enlighten the bedroom which disturbs at night. The walls and the ceiling doesn't provide any sound isolation, the noise from the upper floor could be heard at any time of the day. The bed linens had stains and the bed itself was noisy and uncomfortable. The internal private courtyard was dirty and at night when the upper floor flat was partying the noises resonated in the flat as well. There is a washing machine but the dryer is way too small for a family of 4 and nowhere else to hang wet clothes.
