The host was rude. We had issues with transfer so we arrived 7 minutes late. I kept her informed the whole time and let her know the approximate times. She was getting angry and was not shy to show it by being passive aggressive. The communication throughout the stay was poor. Sometimes I had to keep asking the same question several times and even call her because she would ignore us. She kept making passive aggressive comments. When we were checking out I asked about the question that she sent earlier that said she will return deposit in cash during check out. She said there’s no deposit and when I tried to ask more or use google translate to clarify the situation she started shouting. She kept changing her story first there was deposit that will be returned through cash, then there was no deposit. Then she said ok there’s deposit but booking will return it. I wanted her to send me a message saying that we will get the deposit through booking and not through cash as she messaged earlier. She did not want to listen and started calling me and my family names. She said I’m crazy and we are terrible and stupid people. At some point she even pushed me. We didn’t feel safe and it definitely left a bad aftertaste. It ruined the whole impression, will not recommend this place. I think she tried to scam us and was angry that it wasn’t working. I also gave a suspicion she acted this way because we are Asian and not European. She looked annoyed from the moment she saw us. Additionally we had only half a roll of toilet paper and when I asked for more she first ignored and then was passive aggressive like were asking for too much. Our stay was 5 days. The host speaks poor English so it is very difficult to communicate in person and she is not professional and gives in to her emotions. Beds and cushions are uncomfortable.

WiFi is a bit weak and needs a regular power cycle and the TV very cheap (slow) but it works well enough.

Couldn't access WiFi in the apartment.
