“Overall good stay!”

The best

Great location, very central. Good soundproofing: no noise from the street. Quite spacious: can easily accommodate 3 guests. The host was responsive and helped me with a small request that I had.

To be improved

Bathroom/kitchen facilities were dated. Kitchen is not good if you want to do a lot of cooking. However, if you only need the fridge and microwave, it’s fine. The blinds were old and looked dangerous to touch. No self checkin.

The place is aged and it shows. Buckling floors, peeling paint, and sewage odor in the bathroom.

The best

Nice apartment situated very well near the Plaza de Merced. Spacious and had all the soft furnishings needed. Could benefit from a few new lightbulbs and thicker bedroom curtains, but in all a lovely place for the price.

Obviously there has been several occasions with water leage for reason or another. Into floors and from the cealing from above. This flat needs badly a full renovation. Of cource the location is excellent.

The best

Location is really perfect. You are in the middle of the center and life,but in a quiet place. Near big supermarket, near all must seen objects. The host was very helpful, we had a leak from roof because of crazy rain which was those days at Malaga and he came to help us despite weather and everything after our call. It is really nice .

To be improved

The apartment was clean but really old. Almost all was not working, like door at shower or wardrobe. Bed was making terrible noise when you just lie down there) so if you not expect smth wow, and more plan to be at the city than inside - recommended.
