“A beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet area”

The best

The location was great - a lovely quiet residential area (the building work which some previous visitors mentioned is long finished) and yet it took less than 15 mins to walk to the centre. The two terraces are amazing, especially the upper one: really spacious, comfy seats, canopies for shade. The apartment was smart and very clean, with good air con in the main room and bigger bedroom. It was also very easy to contact the owner.

To be improved

There is no air con in the second, smaller bedroom, so it got a bit stuffy in there, but it wasn't a big deal.

“Great relaxing place for up to four people (2nd bedroom small) who don't mind walking”

The best

Fantastic location - quiet, lovely rooftop and distant castle views from choice of two patios, comfortable and well-equipped, a genuine luxury penthouse. Quiet achieved by 10/20 minute walk down to the town (Merced Square/Cathedral) which we got used to and quite enjoyed (two or three times daily). City tour bus stopped two minutes away at Basilica of Santa Maria de la Victoria which was our 'local' and very interesting first site to see. Breakfast outdoors in the sun, nice lounge to rest and read a book!

To be improved

Parking was a worry, small off-road free area was first come, first served to surrounding area and we mostly missed it and had to tour local streets to find alternative, ending up two minutes away, out-of-sight and squeezed in and hoping. Fortunately no theft or damage ensued, but better to have paid for somewhere. (We only used the car once for a day trip to Ronda).
