Victoria’s Apartment Boutique

The apartment shows signs of poor maintenance. Some walls were dirty or moldy, the bed by the wall was damp, and there were visible water stains, especially below the boiler. For the price, we expected better upkeep. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and one of the air conditioners is placed right in front of the balcony door, with water collecting quickly from the drainage. Communication with the host could be improved. Although we arrived around 21:30 (within the listed check-in time), there was no personal welcome, and I had to reach out myself to ask how to return the keys.

The entrance to the property and staircase smell like never been cleaned , needed a good bleach down smelt very musty and dirty , quite a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms through the night but nothing major , Aircon machine in living room has a pipe that feeds into a 15 Litre plastic bottle which looks like it has overflowed quite a few times as the skirting looks damp and is peeling away from the wall , there is no notice to ask or make sure the water needs emptying, but we did twice just for safety.
