Great location, clean room and good facilities - we’d definitely go back again and book these rooms. Lots of traditional charm.

To be improved

No reception which we are used to but message with how to get in didn’t come through, once we managed to get in touch all sorted and everyone very helpful so very minor issue. Having some work done on a lift installation - not an issue. Will look great once it’s finished.

The best

The location is great, right in Casco Viejo, next to coffee shops and pintxos bars. Also metro and train in walk in distance. The shower pressure was very good, unexpected for a building that old situated in the old town.

To be improved

Quite noisy and not only from outside, also from inside, but I guess that with some earplugs (which we didn't have) it can be fixed. The exterior balcony is not exterior, is a balconette (Juliette balcony)

The best

Location is amazing, easy access to all attractions on foot. Lots to eat and drink in the immediate area. Room was bigger than expected, very homely. Shared kitchen and fridge was a great thing for those morning and evening coffees. Great sized bathroom with a pretty good shower. Other rooms were occupied but hardly heard or saw anyone else. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and we certainly hope to be back again.

To be improved

Only a Juliette balcony when I thought we were going to have a proper balcony but it didn't really make a difference at all, Bosco was very helpful and explained all when I phoned.
