“Exceptional”

The best

The apartment had everything we needed as a couple for a three night stay. AC works property, nice showers and hot water, Wifi was fast, great location close to historical area and easy to find on the Google map. It was very clean. The host was very respectful and kind. We visited on super hot days and he treated us with cold drinks.

To be improved

The apartment might not be the best choice for those have trouble taking the stairs as it locates on the second floor. It looks better than the pictures are posted.

“Small, cozy and close to center”

The best

It is small cozy apartment in walking distance to all main attractions. Bed is very comfotable. You find here the general food ( salt,peper, sugar, pasta, tea coffee and toast bread) and cosmetic,

To be improved

There is no Coffee machine just pot for turkis Coffee. The spounch a towel for dishes was little bit smelly and dirty:) but h There is dish washing machine

The best

Nice apartment on perfect location,close both to Santa Justa train station, cathedral,Alcazar and other main attractions. No need to use public transport. It's very quiet, with comfortable bed, so good sleep is guaranteed. Manuel is very helpful,he'll respond quickly to all your questions. Free drinks and fruits will wait you in the fridge.

To be improved

One set of towels is not enough for longer stay, but there is a washing machine and you could wash it, so it's not a big deal.

“Well located and good value”

The best

This is a well located studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a nice quiet street. (No lift and narrow stairs) close to many bats, cafes and restaurants. We also agree with the tips from other guests, Bar Alfalfa (5 mins walk) and we liked La Borta too. We appreciated the cold drinks that were left in the fridge for us and the flexibility with a later check out.

To be improved

The bathroom does occasionally get a bad smell through the plumbing which needs to be fixed. It would also be good to have more pillows on the bed please.
