“Potential, but cleanliness issues and facilties to be improved”
The best

The location was great. It is lose to both the city centre and the beach. The owner / manager was friendly and helpful. The room was large, and the kitchen was well equipped, which is advantageous when travelling with a small child. The apartment itself had a lot of potential, and the first impression was good. However, at a second look we have encountered multiple issues with the flat.

To be improved

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations. The flat was damp and did not smell good. There was no terrace or balcony. The clothes after swimming never dried. The front door had milky glass and did not have blackout curtains. This is why the sun came in in the early morning (see picture). There was a cleanliness issue (floor, blanket, microwave, etc. see pictures). The AC had a timer. Every three hours, it had to be reactivated using a switch by the entrance. Had we known this, we would have not booked the apartment. There was supposedly a car park, which was full. We ended up paying much more in a public garage close by. The apartment was quite loud. We could hear the neighbours at night / in the morning.

All good, comfortable and clean. The host was very nice.

The only thing was we were at the ground floor with some street noise. But closed windows and AC solved this tiny issue.
